RIGATONI 
2 qts. water
1 tbsp. salt
4 c. (1/2 lb.) rigatoni
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. red pepper (opt.)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper (black)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Milk (1/2 - 1 c.)
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Bring water to boil with salt, add rigatoni, boil, stirring for 2 minutes. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. In skillet melt 1 teaspoon butter, saute onion, garlic, green pepper and ground beef. Cook over moderate heat until meat is lightly browned. Stir in ketchup, oregano, salt and pepper. Drain rigatoni and rinse with cold water. Stuff each rigatoni with meat mixture, and arrange in layers in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour heated soups with milk over top and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
