SCALLOPED SCALLOPS 
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sea scallops
Onion salt and pepper
1 c. heavy cream

Mix crumbs with butter. Arrange alternate layers of scallops, seasoned with onion salt and pepper and crumbs in baking dish. Pour cream over mixture. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
