CHEESY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
1 chicken
5 c. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped celery
4 bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onions, chopped

Cook to tender, debone and cut up chicken. Add 2 cups carrots and potatoes. Next add 2 to 3 cups rice or 1/2 (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese and stir until it melts.
