5 lbs. ground beef
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. applesauce
1 env. Lipton onion soup
5 tsp. Accent
3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into patties. Place in pan with wax paper between them and freeze. When the patties are completely frozen, place in a plastic bag and return to freezer, use as needed.
