LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. (white or yellow) cake mix
4 whole eggs
1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. water
1 regular pkg. lemon Jello

Combine ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When taking pan from oven, immediately punch holes with fork and pour icing over top while still warm.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Juice & rind of 2 lemons

Blend well. Make icing before mixing cake so it is well dissolved.
