CHRISTMAS MORNING COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 box French vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water in mixer bowl and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Turn beater to high speed for 8 minutes. Add vanilla.

Mix nuts, cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle small amount into bottom of greased Bundt pan; do not flour. Alternate batter and nut mixture. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 8 minutes, then invert. Serves 12.

This freezes well. Can be made ahead.
