WATERGATE SALAD 
1 lb. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows (colored)
1/2 c. chopped or crushed nuts (pecans, walnuts or other)
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
3 3/4 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
Options: 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries or 1 tsp. lemon juice & 1/2 c. coconut & reduce marshmallows to 3/4 c.

Mix pineapple with juice, marshmallows, nuts and pistachio pudding. Add Cool Whip; mix well. Refrigerate. This recipe serves 6 to 10 persons.
