EASY CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 eggs or 3/4 c. cholesterol free egg substitute
1 pkg. super moist devil's food cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or lite filling
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding and pie filling

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13x2 inch pan. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cake mix, cherry pie filling and oil until blended. Spread in pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or try with toothpick.

Prepare pudding as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Spread evenly over cake. Garnish with whipped cream, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries, if desired. Store covered cake in refrigerator.
