OVER AND UNDER CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix (German chocolate or devil's food work great)
Coconut
Chopped pecans or walnuts
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite is ok)
1 box powdered sugar
Pam

Preheat oven to 350. Double spray bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle coconut and pecans or walnuts in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix by directions on box. Pour prepared batter into pan. Melt stick of butter to liquid. Stir in 8 ounce cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well. Carefully spread this on top of batter. Bake at 350 as directed on cake mix adding about 10 extra minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Store in refrigerator. The mixture on top bakes down into the cake and becomes a filling. It's wonderful.
