QUICK AND TASTY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 c. uncooked rice 4 pieces chicken, your choice (I use breast) Salt and pepper to taste 1 can onion soup (or dry onion soup mix) 1 can chicken broth Put rice into casserole, add chicken, salt and pepper. Pour soup and chicken broth over chicken. (If you use dry onion soup, sprinkle over chicken and rice and add 1/2 cup water.) Cover casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 10 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings. |
