QUICK CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
2 cans mushrooms, sm. size
2 cans consomme soup
1 (3 lb.) fryer, disjointed

Place rice, mushrooms and consomme into large casserole. Lay chicken pieces on top, skin side up. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
