QUICK CHICKEN & RICE 
3 lb. chicken, quartered
3 c. cooked rice
1 bottle chili sauce
1 can peas

Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic. Fry quickly on both sides and place in oven roaster. Cover with chili sauce. Place lid on pan and bake in oven about 1 hour. Cook rice. Mix cooked peas with rice and place on serving platter. Lay chicken over rice and cover with gravy in pan.
