HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM 
1 3/4 c. favorite liquor
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or light cream
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

(Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon or scotch).

(Regular evaporated milk will not work).

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Store in refrigerator tightly covered 1 to 4 months. Stir or shake before serving. This must be stored in refrigerator. Makes 40-42 ounces.
