CRAB IMPERIAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat, backfin preferred
1 egg
Juice from 1/8 lemon
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. melted butter
Scant tsp. Old Bay

Mix together. Put in buttered casserole. Cover with topping of 1 egg and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixed together well. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve at once.
