OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 
2 lb. red potatoes, sliced about 1/2-inch thick
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake until well coated. Empty into 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
