7 oz. ground turkey 4 slices reduced-calorie rye bread Thousand Island dressing 1/2 c. rinsed drained sauerkraut 2 (1/2 oz.) sliced Swiss cheese 2 tsp. butter, divided Shape turkey into 2 equal pat ties. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat. Cook patties in skillet over medium heat, turning once, until patties are browned and cooked through; 3-4 minutes on each side. Set each patty on 1 bread slice, top with 2 teaspoons dressing, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, 1 slice cheese, then remaining slice of bread. In clean skillet, add 1 teaspoon butter and melt. Add sandwiches, cover and cook until lightly browned. Add remaining butter and turn sandwich and brown. Weight Watcher's recipe. 3 protein, 1 bread, 1/2 vegetable, 1 fat, 20 optional calories. |
