SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 1" pieces
4 green peppers, sliced & sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. olive oilmeat in oil in large frying pan until meat is lightly browned. Remove
from heat. Saute peppers and onions until tender. Add meat and all other
ingredients. Stir. Cook 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Serve on bed of
rice or use for filling for a torpedo roll. This recipe is only for good
friends and nice relatives. Enjoy!
