1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond flavoring
3 c. flour
1 c. soften butter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar

In bowl beat eggs, sugar and almond together. In separate bowl combine flour, butter, soda and cream of tartar and mix as for pie crust. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture. Roll on floured board and cut bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
