HOT APPLE SUNDAES 
2 lg. red cooking apples (about 1 lb.)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 pt. vanilla frozen yogurt
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Cut apples into 1/4 inch thick wedges. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook apples, sugar and lemon juice until apples are tender, about 10 minutes; keep warm.

When ready to serve, spoon apples and their syrup into 6 dessert bowls. Spoon frozen yogurt over apples; sprinkle with walnuts.
