HOT APPLE SALAD 
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cups cubed cooked ham
4 cooked white potatoes, diced
4 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
4 unpared red apples, sliced thin

Heat oil or drippings. Cook ham and potatoes in hot oil over medium heat until very hot but not brown. Stir in eggs and apples. Heat to serving temperature. Serve at once with hot mayonnaise if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
