TURKEY CUTLETS 
Turkey cutlets
2 eggs, beaten
Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Dip turkey cutlets in beaten eggs. Mix together bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Dip cutlet in above mixture and brown in oil, drain on paper towel. Using your recipe for spaghetti sauce, layer sauce, cutlets (browned), Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese (shredded). Bake in oven at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes.
