SISTER CARRIE'S CASSEROLE 
2 (7 oz.) cans Vienna sausages or 1 lb. fresh sausage, cooked
3 eggs, beaten
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 pt. Ricotta
1/4 tsp. savory
1 pinch of thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Set in a pan of hot water and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until set. A great luncheon dish for the family.
