SOUR CREAM CHICKEN | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned Salt and pepper chicken. Mix soup and sour cream together. Spread half of mixture in shallow baking pan. Arrange chicken on soup and sour cream mixture. Spread remaining mixture on top of chicken. Cover and bake 45 minutes in moderate 350 degree oven. Remove cover and bake 1 hour more. Serve chicken and sauce over hot buttered noodles. |
