WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA CRUST 
2/3 c. warm water
1 env. yeast
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. whole wheat flour

Mix yeast with water. Add flour, sugar and salt. Beat together. Add egg and oil, beat until blended. Stir in wheat flour until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto floured surface. Knead 5 minutes or until dough is soft and smooth. Place dough in greased bowl. Cover, let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk; about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pan. Bake 10 minutes. Add sauce, etc, and bake as usual.
