SOUR CREAM FUDGE 
1 ( 1 lb.) pkg. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter

Add sour cream to brown sugar in 2-quart saucepan. Stir until dissolved, cook to softball stage (232 degrees). Remove from fire. Add butter and beat at once until creamy. Add vanilla. Pour into buttered platter that has been sprinkled with chopped nuts. Cut into squares.
