BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
Vegetable oil
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
5-7 tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
Celery sticks

Preheat broiler. Cut off wing tips at first joint of each chicken wing. Discard tips. Place wings on broiler pan, and brush lightly with vegetable oil. Place wings in broiler, about 4 inches from heat source. Broil wings for about 15-20 minutes, turning once, until wings are brown and crispy.

While wings cook, make blue cheese dressing: in small bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, parsley, and garlic, and set aside. Then make hot sauce: In small saucepan, combine butter, Louisiana hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Stir mixture over medium heat until it's smooth and butter is melted. When wings are cooked, toss with hot sauce in a large bowl to coat wings. Arrange on a serving plate with celery sticks and a small bowl of blue cheese dressing. Makes about 2 dozen wings.
