BRUNCH HASH BROWNS 
32 oz. pkg. hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Place hash browns in 9x13 pan. Mix other ingredients except butter and corn flakes. Put over hash browns. Cover with corn flakes and dribble melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 8.
