"DAY AFTER" BRUNCH DISH 
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk

Pour stuffing crumbs into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Add cheese and turkey or chicken. Sprinkle with flour.

Mix together eggs, milk and contents of seasoning packet from stuffing mix. Pour over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown. A delicious way to use leftover turkey, after the holiday.
