MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. Flank steak
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. green onion, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed

Marinate steak overnight. Barbecue on a grill and baste often while turning. Cook according to taste. Cut meat on the diagonal.
