c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Wesson oil
3 beaten eggs
2 lg. jars plum baby food

If using plain flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well with a wooden spoon. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured bundt pan for 1 hour.

Very good unfrosted or you can sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Good served with a fruit salad.
