1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tbsp. ground mustard
6 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer (a Budweiser or Bud Light is best)

Combine ground beef with ground mustard and sugar, mix it all up real good in a big skillet, then pour the beer over the beef mixture. Cook on medium-medium high heat until the beer is gone.

I've tried many different toppings on this sandwich, all great! However if this is your first time try a slice of cheese and yellow mustard.
