SUN MAID RAISINS PUMPKIN CAKE | |
Frosting: 1/2 c. butter, soft 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (can use 2 pkg.) 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar (use more if needed) 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients and spread on cool cake or bars. Batter: 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (2 cups) 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1/2 c. Sun Maid raisins Preheat oven 350°F. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine ingredients, except nuts and raisins, beat at low speed until moistened, then beat at medium 2 minutes. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into pan and bake 40 to 50 minutes. A good moist cake. Note: You can also make pumpkin bars by using a greased 15x10x1 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 30 - 40 minutes. |
