NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
6 c. sugar
13 oz. marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 c. butter
2 c. chopped nuts
2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until thermometer reaches 235 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into 2 greased 9"x13" pans. Cool.
