9 cooked potatoes, peeled and diced
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Add chopped celery, olives, relish to taste.
