SCALLOP FETTUCINI | |
2 lbs. bay scallops 2 lbs. fettucini noodles 2 1/2 pts. heavy cream 1 stick of butter 1/2 c. white wine 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Spice to taste Boil noodles in a large pot. Take scallops and cut in half, fry the scallops, butter and white wine in a large frying pan. Drain noodles and put them back in the pot. Add the scallops mixture and mix in the heavy cream and cheese until you get the consistency you want. Spice to taste. Serves 6. |
