TORTELLINI WITH BROCCOLI 
4 c. broccoli florets
1 c. broccoli stems
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 lb. choice of tortellini
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese

Boil broccoli in salt water 7-10 minutes, almost tender. Drain set aside. Boil mushrooms 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. In saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil, add broccoli and mushrooms. Add 1/2 cup water and cook 7-10 minutes. Boil package of tortellini until tender. Drain and mix with broccoli and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and serve.
