GREEN PEA SALAD 
1/2 bowl lettuce, shredded
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can LeSueur peas (silver label), drained
1 lg. Bermuda onion (red)
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated ham (bacon bits can be substituted)
3 boiled eggs, sliced

Layer in order listed in 9 x 12 inch dish. Place in refrigerator overnight.
