GREEN BEAN AND PEA SALAD 
1 can each of French style green beans
Baby English peas
Shoepeg corn
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimento chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 sm. bell pepper, diced

Mix together in saucepan, 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil. Then cool. Put the above over your vegetables in a bowl. Stir and cover. It will be ready in 24 hours.
