PIZZA PORCUPINE PATTIES 
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. instant beef bouillon
1 c. boiling water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Save 1 cup tomato sauce. Mix the remaining sauce, meat, rice, and salt together. Shape into 6 patties 1/2 inch thick. Place patties in an ungreased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Bake uncovered 15 minutes, drain grease.

Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Stir in reserved sauce. Pour over patties. Cover and bake 35 minutes. Spoon sauce over patties, sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
