MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 pkg. corn bread mix

Brown beef until crumbly. Stir in dry taco seasoning mix. Add tomatoes and corn. Bring to soft boil, stirring frequently. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Carefully top with corn bread batter made from a package of corn bread mix. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 15 minutes or until brown. Serves 6.
