BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh blueberries rinsed, drained and floured
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Stir in sour cream, add dry ingredients and vanilla, beat well until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Spread 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Add remaining batter. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan, cut in squares to serve. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
