NANA'S BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. sour cream
1 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen (if frozen DO NOT THAW!)

In a bowl assemble dry ingredients. Then in another bowl cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and stir until mixture is thick and lemon-colored. Alternate sour cream and dry ingredients ending with flour. Add blueberries and mix gently only to blend.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a greased loaf pan. Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pan.
