MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 gallons popped corn (seeded)
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. brown paper bag

Mix Karo syrup, salt, butter and brown sugar in saucepan; boil 5 minutes. Add baking soda to mixture (will foam). In a large mixing bowl mix popcorn and boiled mixture, pour into paper bag. Microwave on high heat 1 minute. Take out and shake 1 minute. Repeat 4 or 5 times. Store in a canister or air tight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
