MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
3 qt. popped corn (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt in a 2 quart glass bowl. Microwave on full power 3-4 minutes, or until boiling, stirring after every minute. When boiling microwave on full power for 2 minutes, without stirring. Stir in baking soda.

Pour on popped corn that is in a large brown grocery bag. Microwave on full power 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag and cook an additional 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag. Pour onto cookie sheet and let cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
