MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
3-4 qts. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
A dash of salt

Cook sugar, butter, syrup and salt 3 minutes or until boiling, then cook 2 more minutes, then add soda.

Put popcorn in paper grocery sack. Pour sugar, butter and syrup mixture over popcorn in paper sack. Fold top on bag and shake. Microwave 1/2 minute on High, take out and shake again. IMMEDIATELY put corn on waxed paper to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
