LINGUINE WITH CLAMS 
1/4 lb. butter
2 cans minced clams, drained
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. shrimp (optional)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. linguine

Melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat for 5 minutes. Add clams and shrimp and cook an additional 15 minutes on low heat. Serve over cooked linguine.
