LINGUINE PICES 
2 tbsp. oil
2 sticks butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 to 2 lbs. baby bay scallops, sliced
1 lb. frozen baby shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 to 2 lbs. linguini
2 1/2 pts. heavy cream (warm to boiling point - but do not boil)
1 1/2 to 2 cups Italian grating cheese
Imitation crab fingers (optional), slice while frozen

Heat oil in large frying pan. Measure 1/2 cup of the melted butter and stir in oil. Add chopped garlic to above and saute. (Do not brown garlic). Add scallops and simmer about 5 minutes. Add shrimp to scallops and simmer a few minutes. Add salt and pepper and Italian seasoning (set aside).

Boil linguini; strain in colander. Take 1/2 of remaining butter to coat pot, add cooked linguini, add seafood mixture and rest of butter and mix well. Add grating cheese and mix. Add warmed cream and serve immediately.
