CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 fryer chicken, cooked & chopped finely
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cram of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. rolled cornflakes
Butter

Mix first 8 ingredients in casserole dish. Cover the top with cornflakes and a light top of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
