DIET DRESSING 
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of oregano
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 green pepper

Press egg yolks of boiled eggs through a sieve with the back of a spoon. Add vinegar, chili sauce, onion, salt, generous dash of pepper, oregano, and buttermilk. Chop green peppers and egg whites finely, and stir into first mixture. 11 calories per teaspoon. Yield: 1 cup.
