THICK BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
2 sm. onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chile powder
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Cover and simmer 2 minutes. Keep in covered container in refrigerator to be used as needed.
